Dr. Bolton offers many different options to best help you get the dentistry you need and deserve. Being proactive about your dental health catches problems before they become bigger and more expensive.

Your Insurance
We are pleased to accept most dental PPO insurance plans. We are Premier with Delta Dental and BCBS. Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. If you provide us with your benefit information before your appointment, we will gladly call your insurance carrier to get an estimate of benefits for you. When you visit us, our experienced office staff will be happy to help you understand your benefits as well as create a plan with you to optimize those benefits. It is always a good idea to be familiar with your own insurance policy, however we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
We will file your primary and secondary claims for you. Traditionally, most offices ask that you pay your entire bill and be reimbursed by your insurance company. To better serve you, we will submit your insurance claims to your dental insurance carriers. Most insurance plans will pay a portion of your bill, but many do not pay the entire bill. You are responsible for paying your expected co-pays, the day services are rendered For example, if a procedure is estimated to be covered at 80%, we will collect 20% of the total cost at the time of your appointment. You are responsible for any balance your insurance does not cover. If you are unclear whether a particular service will be covered by your insurance, we will be happy to submit a pre-estimate for treatment prior to scheduling your next appointment.

It is our responsibility to provide our patients with quality dental care. Although, your dental coverage may assist you in paying for your dental care, it should not determine your choice of treatment for care. Don’t put off treatment because it’s too expensive! Get the financing that you deserve.

For those who qualify, we offer interest-free financing through CareCredit®.
